Chief Medical Resident
The Chief Resident is responsible for managing the medical teams; leading morning report; supervising nightly "cookie" rounds with the on-call intern; discussing new admissions and providing relevant information and literature; organizing the weekly educational conferences; triaging medical admissions; and representing the House Staff on various hospital committees.
